Challenge
Teams deployed inconsistently across two clouds with bespoke scripts, making compliance unprovable and releases slow and risky.
Approach
We built a Kubernetes platform with a single GitOps workflow and policy-as-code guardrails that worked identically on both clouds, abstracting away provider differences for product teams.
Architecture
EKS and AKS managed by a shared ArgoCD control plane, Terraform modules for parity, OPA Gatekeeper for HIPAA-aligned policy enforcement, and centralized observability.
Results
Release lead time fell from weeks to hours, the platform sustained 99.99% uptime, and compliance evidence became automatic across both clouds.
